

We had Chef Minta of Culinary Bliss serve us a few lite bites. She prepared Pizza Meatballs, Shrimp with Cheese Chile Polenta, and Turkey Meatballs with Spicy Pepper Sauce. Her food is so flavorful and amazing. Cant wait for her to cater our Soul Food Sunday events.
This was my little creation: pear spears topped with goat cheese and Shanghai Express jelly from Heritage Farmers Market. It was the perfect blend of sweet and spicy. The attendees loved it! (Pats self on the back :)
